SUZANNE RICHIARDONE

Suzanne is an international film and television producer with experience developing and producing award-winning programs for PBS, A&E, Discovery International, Animal Planet, ARTE, Canal Plus, WEtv, ABS-CBN and Netflix. She is a member of the Producers Guild of America, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and a proud member of Women in Film.
Her project Maravilla, a feature-length documentary about middleweight boxing champion Sergio Martinez, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and was nominated for Best Documentary at Premio Sur in Argentina. She produced Beyond the Silence, an investigative documentary about the rising tide of sexual violence on college campuses across America for the Arte Network. In 2016, she co-directed and produced the feature documentary Curiosity, Adventure, and Love, which received five awards, including a Special Jury Prize at the World Premieres Festival in the Philippines and Best Documentary at the Soho International Film Festival.
Passionate about films that focus on human rights and justice, Suzanne has collaborated with ActionAid International, and The Gates Foundation on a series of short films focused on the empowerment of women in Africa. She is currently producing Zaatari: Through the Lens, a film that follows a young Syrian photographer who brings hope to children in Zaatari Refugee Camp. Suzanne is also a partner in Tiny Giant Films in New York and Ursa Studios in the Philippines, where she oversees the development and production of international features and series.
