EXPLORE HER WORK

Director of Photography / Filmmaker

Panama

Chevy is a Director of Photography and Filmmaker dedicated to capturing the quiet yet profound nuances of human experiences and endeavors, with a particular focus on women’s stories.

Living and finding sanctuary in Panama for over nine years, Chevy receives solace and inspiration in the biodiverse and undisturbed terrain of this country. The agency, nourishment, and opportunity Chevy has found in Panama have all helped to influence her path in the film world. In 2012, she founded a boutique production house called Fox Den Productions and frequently collaborates with fellow industry professionals and local artists.

Chevy’s work includes documentary partnerships, intimate commissions, and large scale commercial projects that align with social impact narratives. Most recently, she filmed and edited narrative works for Piece & Co. featuring female artisans in South Africa, and a documentary series with American Express, highlighting dynamic individuals who are conscientiously pioneering new paths in the fields of hydroponics and biodynamic farming.

From the urban surroundings of New York to the dense flora of Panama, Chevy’s attuned eye documents and sutures the landscape of emotional experiences across a wide array of filmic platforms.
