Dru Lawrence Rees is a Production & Finance Operations professional with over 25 years of experience. She started in the art department in Independent and Feature Films and then transitioned into Network Television with long stints at VH1, Sundance Channel, and CNBC. Focusing primarily on Non-Fiction, News, and Documentaries.

 

Most recently, she Line Produced Netflix‘s Keep Sweet: Prey & Obey, Peacock’s Casey Anthony: Where the Truth Lies, Banished: The Prince Andrew Story, Hulu’s Age of Influence, the CW's Crime Nation, The New Yorker's,  Rovina's Choice, plus The Good Fight, which premiered at DOC NYC in 2025.

 

She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and the Natural Gourmet Culinary Institute.  She's in a Rock Choir and helps run her local Organic CSA.  She lives in Brooklyn with her Archival Producer husband and tween daughter.
