Based between India and Switzerland, Shiva is a creative director and impact film producer.

Grounded in the belief that cinematic storytelling can be a transformative instrument of cultural diplomacy, she has been working on projects at the intersection of art and social impact with TELL2C Productions and What Took You So Long?

 

She first started exploring these ideas by accompanying visual artist  Alec Von Bargen, to Lebanon and Kyrgyzstan to document the making of ‘Project So.lil.o.quy’: an award-winning series that reveals Médecins Sans Frontières’ daily practice around the world amidst unfolding global conflicts. 

 

She has experience providing risk and crisis communication, infodemic management, content creation, community engagement, event management and partnership development consultancies to international organisations, NGOs, and broadcasting media.
